What happens if there is a mistake on my labels after I have proofed them?
Although we take every care to ensure that the artwork for your order is correct it is possible that some errors may have been missed by our design team. It is important that you check the files we send to you very carefully before giving your approval for printing. It is your responsibility to flag up any corrections you require at this point as we will have to charge you to reprint the labels if they were cleared for print with errors on them. Only if the error are related to the product’s technical information (i.e. incorrect scoop size listed) will we waive the cost of reprinting the labels. Additionally, any further alterations required for subsequent orders (i.e. product name or colour changes) will have to be charged for at our hourly design rate (min. 1 hour) so please be sure that you are happy with the artwork at the proofing stage.
Once I’ve paid for my initial bespoke design work do I have to pay more in the future?
If you only order the products that your initial design work covered then no. But if you require more labels to be designed or require changes to your current labels further to the completion of the initial work this will be counted as chargeable time. Please note, however, that additional label work takes considerably less time than initial work since the first labels form the basis of a template to follow for any additional labels.
Do I need to pay upfront for bespoke design work?
All initial design work needs to be paid in advance of the work beginning. The initial quote is only an estimate and if you require changes to the design which extends further than this time additional charges will be incurred. We will, however, do all we can to allow time for settling on a design to accommodate your needs.
Can I choose more than one template for my products?
As part of our complimentary service each customer is entitled to one free template for all the products they order. If, however, you would like different templates we would be happy to accommodate for this but design fees would be incurred. Design time is charged at a minimum of 1 hour at £60/hour and will vary depending on your specifications. This is both to be fair to clients paying for bespoke design work and in order to maintain an efficient work-flow in a very busy department.
Can I arrange a meeting to discuss my options for ordering private label supplements?
Yes, as supplement manufacturers we’re always happy to arrange a meeting to discuss your options for ordering with us. You can book an appointment with us through one of our sales representatives.
Can I have bespoke formulation?
Yes. We do offer bespoke formulations. Please note, however, that the minimum order quantity will increase significantly when ordering bespoke.
Can I design my own label for my private label supplements?
Yes. If you just email our design department on email@example.com they will send you all the information to get started with your white label supplements.
How do I pay for my order?
All payments are to be processed through our website’s payment system.
Do you deliver wholesale supplements to Europe?
Not currently. But you are welcome to arrange your own collection for delivery from our factory.
What is the minimum white label supplements order for capsules, tablets and powders?
Our minimum white label supplements order is 24 bottles (qty per bottle 60 or above) of any capsule or tablet based products. Powder based products are based on a 25kg blend.
What is the average turn-around time on your wholesale supplements production?
Once we have received your order and spec approval we can have your private label supplements produced within 20 working days in most cases.
How much do private label supplements cost?
A lot less than you may think – you can start your own brand from as little as £70. As supplement manufacturers, cost is always factored in to production quantity and we have the facility to accommodate for both cost effective small private label supplements and production processes for larger production scales. The price we quote you is for the bottle/container, cap, security seal, label application and packaging ready to deliver.
What level of printing do you provide as standard for white label supplements?
Our labels are full colour and printed to a high quality with a laminate finish.
How do I use my own logo on my private label supplements?
Simply send us a high quality file (psd, jpeg, pdf, eps etc.) of your logo in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll incorporate it into the design for you.
What if I don’t see a template that I like for my white label supplements?
Bespoke labels can be arranged with our design team for your own brand protein or own brand supplements. All bespoke work is charged at £60/hour for white label supplements. This can include everything from a new logo design to a completely overhauled label. Our design team will be happy to work closely with you and put any ideas you have to the drawing board.
Can I have my trade supplements supplied in pouches?
All of our wholesale protein products (excluding Hi-Calorie Mass Gainer) are available in pouch form. Please note, however, that we are also vitamin suppliers and currently we only stock vitamins in pill pots.

Yes. We offer two forms of protein samples depending on your requirements. We offer standard labelled protein samples for smaller wholesale protein runs and premium full colour printed protein samples for larger production trade supplements runs.
